February 4th marks World Cancer Day, a yearly campaign aiming to raise awareness, encourage prevention and bring together the international community to fight the injustice of suffering caused by cancer.
This year the theme for Word Cancer Day is ‘United by Unique’ which places people and their individual stories at the heart of the movement. The three-year theme for the campaign is pushing a people-centred approach to cancer care, combining every individual’s unique needs with the care they receive.
