About Jack

​With a wealth of experience in both agency and corporate in-house recruitment functions, I have supported clients across the UK & Ireland in delivering effective recruitment campaigns. My role has encompassed leading teams to success by fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

My role: My role at MediTalent is to lead the Nursing & AHP team in providing a high-quality service to our clients and job seekers. Focused on developing and implementing streamlined processes that enhance efficiency for our clients; I work closely with internal talent acquisition teams to ensure they find the right leaders to achieve their goals and effectively execute their recruitment strategies. I am passionate about driving success through strategic planning and team development. 

Outside of work: I previously used to play and manage semi professional football at step 5/4 of the pyramid system. I now spend a lot of my time either preparing for marathons or playing my most important role - Dad!
