Operations Manager
I have over 26 years of administration experience along with 7 years’ experience within recruitment. In these 7 years I found my skills in candidate management, client communication and I found the love I had for helping people find their perfect career. However, it became apparent to me that my strengths lay within the administration that surrounds recruitment and especially the onboarding/compliancy process. This was the beginning of my journey as Lead Administrator at MediTalent and in my one and a half years here, I lead a small team which I thoroughly enjoy mentoring and growing continuously with.
My role: As Operations Manager I act as a point of call for our staff and anyone who may need assistance, helping to solve technical issues and managing our extensive CRM System. I ensure not only the smooth running of my team but offer guidance in using various interfaces and I often take part in training courses to ensure my skills are always up to date. Organisation is key for me which bought about my drive for leading the admin team towards productivity and maximising the time recruiters can spend helping candidates and prioritising their day. I am an advocate for efficiency in the workplace but most importantly for a happy workplace and supporting our consultants’ in admin tasks helps guarantee both of these qualities!
Outside of work: Being a Mum to 3 children who all participate in various activities this keeps me very busy. I am also a horse owner and enjoying nothing more than taking care of my horse and going out riding as much as possible.
An interesting fact: I lived in NZ for 6 years!
