About Stephanie

25 years’ experience in recruitment, with over 10 years at Director level within Healthcare. I led the talent function across a highly matrix, FTSE 100 organisation as well as managing the UK operations of an international, healthcare agency before co-founding MediTalent.

My role: As Managing Director at MediTalent, my role is to provide strategic direction for the business, optimising client and candidate experience and ensuring our strong ethical and moral approach is the driving force behind our operations and future direction. To ensure this is possible I am responsible for motivating, rewarding and engaging our team as well as our extended partnership network across the globe. 

Outside of work: I am family focused and love spending time with my son down by the sea or out in the forest. An avid gardener I'm often found digging up the veg patch. I also enjoy cycling, my longest trip taking me 1000 miles around the beautiful Portuguese countryside. Due to my fascination with human behaviour, I have undertaken a number of courses (NLP, Mindfulness) and I am a qualified hypnotherapist. 

An interesting fact: I once starred in an Australian soap opera!
