MRI Radiographer
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Shift Pattern: 3 x 12-hour days (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
About the Role
MediTalent is delighted to partner with a renowned private hospital in Reading, Berkshire, currently seeking a skilled MRI Radiographer to join their outstanding team. This hospital has built a stellar reputation for exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to perform specialised MRI procedures to the highest standard while supporting additional diagnostic services such as X-rays and theatre imaging as needed.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma of the College of Radiographers or BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography.
- HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer.
- A minimum of 1 year's MRI experience, being able to independently scan in MSK MRI.
- A flexible approach to supporting X-ray and theatre imaging services on occasion.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform specialised radiographic procedures within the MRI modality, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality images, adapting techniques as necessary to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with Senior Management for advice and support as needed.
- Participate in governance initiatives, including regular audits and quality control programs.
- Deliver exceptional clinical services, ensuring a positive patient experience.
