MediTalent are seeking Newly Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their Private Hospital based in Chelmsford.
They are seeking a newly qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their expanding friendly team offering high quality care for patients with differing issues that require personalised care. You will be an important member of the team working with patients across acute care wards and Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU).
You will be joining a well-established team with brilliant support available from day one to help you grow in your new role. You will be trained to work alongside various types of patients, illnesses and issues to build a holistic approach to mental health nursing. This client offers you an established preceptorship program, which is unlike a lot of competitors in the field.
